Summer Research Program

The Department of Neurology is an active participant in the Pritzker School of Medicine Summer Research Program, in which
incoming and first year medical students have the opportunity to work in the research laboratory of their choice for ten
weeks during the summer. They work in conjunction with their research mentor, and also participate in a weekly cluster
group of students working on similar projects. Each year there is a neuroscience cluster group, directed by faculty from
the neurology department or related departments.
