Movement Disorders / Parkinson's Disease - Ongoing Trials
| COHORT: Cooperative Hungtington's Disease Observational Research Trial |
|
| Enrollment is OPEN |
|
| This study is an observational research study involving subjects with Huntington's Disease and family members of patients with HD.
The study involves annual visits, and requires the subject to complete a series of questionnaires, cognitive tests and a blood draw for genetic testing.

| Effects of Coenzyme Q10 in Parkinson's Disease - Phase III (QE3) |
|
| Enrollment is OPEN |
|
| This study will look at the effects of Coenzyme Q10 in slowing the progressive impairment in subjects with Parkinson's Disease. This study will include
newly diagnosed subjects with Parkinson's Disease that are 30 years old or older and subjects that are not yet taking medications for Parkinson's Disease. This study is
approximately 17 months long. For more information on research studies involving Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease, or other movement disorders, please contact Joan Young at 773-834-1688

| This study is looking at newly diagnosed subjects with Parkinson's Disease and subjects that are not on any medication for Parkinson's Disease. This
study will also use age-matched subjects who do not have Parkinson's Disease as controls. This study requires one visit, a blood draw for molecular markers and clinical
testing. For more information on research studies involving Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease, or other movement disorders, please contact Joan Young at 773-834-1688

| Laboratory Models of Drug-Induced Gambling |
|
| Enrollment is OPEN |
|
| We are testing patients with Parkinson's Disease who are treated with dopamine agonists such as pramipexole and ropinirole. We include those who are
experiencing excessive behaviors such as gambling, hypersexuality, and shopping binges as well as those who are not. We are hoping to understand the underlying
behavioral traits that are related to dopamine to understand the phenomenon. For more information on research studies involving Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease,
or other movement disorders, please contact Joan Young at 773-834-1688 or send Ms. Young an email. For general

|
| Enrollment is OPEN |
|
| This study is looking for brothers and sisters (sibling pairs) affected with Parkinson's Disease or a family history of Parkinson's Disease in a first
degree relative. This study has no age restriction, involves one visit, a blood draw for genetic studies and questionnaires. For more information on research studies
